I focus on optimising form and carefully selecting exercises to ensure every session is efficient, impactful, and fully tailored to your goals.
I’m especially passionate about pull-ups—whether you’re working toward your first one or aiming to push your limits, I’m here to help. (Fun fact: I can perform a 50kg weighted chin-up!)
