ABOUT ME

I help everyday people find a consistent way of training they enjoy. I show you how to build your own strength training practice, to live a long, healthy, injury-free life.

Originally from New Zealand, fitness has always been part of my life. My training practice has now evolved into strength training and powerlifting.

I also know mental and physical wellbeing are linked. I’ve been through my own journey with low self-esteem and anxiety. I take a holistic approach to the way that I coach. When people work with me, they build a positive relationship with themselves and their body, long term.
