Hey I’m James, a passionate and hard-working personal trainer who’s greatly motivated in helping people to reach their goals no matter how big or small.
My coaching philosophy is to educate my clients into being their own personal trainer by sharing my education and experiences with them. What use is a personal trainer who doesn’t explain why you are doing a certain exercise and how it is helping you to reach your goals?
My particular areas of interest and expertise involve
everything running and sports related. From jogging a 5km to elite sprinting to sports performance. If you are in need of someone to help you get strong and fit to get prepared for that upcoming marathon or next football match, then I’m your guy!
