Hi my name is Adrian and I look forward to becoming your personal trainer!
I have always had a passion for fitness and helping others so becoming a Pt was an obvious decision for me. I am someone that genuinely cares about my clients and wants them to achieve their goals, I have many teaching methods for beginners and advanced clients so I’m quite versatile when it comes adapting to your needs, I always like to check in with my clients to make sure that they are still active even when they are not training with me to ensure they stay motivated, I would also be able to give you nutritional advice which most people don’t know contributes to 80% of what you do in the gym.
