Expertise: Weight Gain
Caleb Hayman
Hello there,
An interesting fact about me was that when I was a teenager I used to be pretty overweight and I was bullied in school for it, trust me I’ve been there, done that and got the T-shirt…….literally. So I know what it feels like to feel uncomfortable with a body I’m not entirely proud of. But one day I decided to change that as scary as it was. I was down 35kg in just 5 months, looking thinner and healthier and I’ve never looked back since. 4 years later I put on that weight in muscle mass and now a qualified Personal Trainer. I’m excited to share my experience with you!
INTERESTING FACT
I’m really into stuff like Star Wars and marvel so therefore my muscles make up for how much of a nerd I am.

Paula Sokalska
Throughout my life, I have struggled with weight management. At the age of 21, I successfully lost a significant amount of weight, going from over 100kg to 58kg. This personal achievement inspired me to pursue a career as a personal trainer, with the goal of helping others achieve their own fitness goals.
During my first year as a personal trainer, I developed a passion for bodybuilding and decided to enter a competition. Within a year, I increased my weight from 57kg to 60kg and gained a substantial amount of muscle mass, which allowed me to successfully compete on stage.
During the pandemic, I took the opportunity to further my education and enhance my skills in the areas of mobility and flexibility.

Over the last six years as a coach I have constantly evolved and challenged my own learning.
In turn using that knowledge to educate my clients to get them the results they desire.
Although I specialise in Olympic lifting and functional training, I will always look at lifestyle as a whole.
Work, home life and mental health, all play a significant part of your fitness journey as does flexibility, mobility, strength and endurance work in the gym.
I’m a people person who not only works with clients who want to get fit and strong. But also clients going through injuries and women going through menopause.
I love fitness and what it can do for the mind and body. Put the two together and you find a personal trainer who is easy to get along with, who will coach, motivate and push you towards your goals, no matter how big or small.
Eva Dzyubenko
Hi, I’m Eva. I am deeply convinced that a gym can completely change the quality of life and improve a person’s sense of self. This happened to me during training, when I first came to the gym. Under the clear guidance of my personal trainer, at each workout, I explored my body, noticed how it changed from class to class and realised how strong it could be.
Over time, I began to delve into the science of fitness and the human body, which I do to this day in order to develop not only my physical abilities, but also to help other people achieve their goals and desired results in the gym.
Interesting Fact
I live two lives, combining my two main professional passions: fitness and dance.
I’m a fan of the gym and the dance studio.
I recently graduated from a Dance and Performance course, and now I’m part of a dance company based in London.
