I am the club assistant manager and coach at Buzz Gym Oxford.

From a young age, I’ve always had the ball at my feet which has led me to play in the FA Women’s National League and now playing International representing England in Beach Soccer.

Across my years of training, I have tried many different styles and found my passion for calisthenics. The world is your playground and I’m passionate about helping others see that!
The ability to push your body beyond it’s limit and master your bodyweight is something I’ve always found fascinating, and I want to empower others to do the same.

Hey I’m James, a passionate and hard-working personal trainer who’s greatly motivated in helping people to reach their goals no matter how big or small.

My coaching philosophy is to educate my clients into being their own personal trainer by sharing my education and experiences with them. What use is a personal trainer who doesn’t explain why you are doing a certain exercise and how it is helping you to reach your goals?

My particular areas of interest and expertise involve

Hi, I’m Eva. I am deeply convinced that a gym can completely change the quality of life and improve a person’s sense of self. This happened to me during training, when I first came to the gym. Under the clear guidance of my personal trainer, at each workout, I explored my body, noticed how it changed from class to class and realised how strong it could be.

Over time, I began to delve into the science of fitness and the human body, which I do to this day in order to develop not only my physical abilities, but also to help other people achieve their goals and desired results in the gym.

I live two lives, combining my two main professional passions: fitness and dance.

I’m a fan of the gym and the dance studio.

I recently graduated from a Dance and Performance course, and now I’m part of a dance company based in London.

Hi, I’m Nathan. I’ve been interested in the gym since I was 14 starting out with calisthenics and then moving into bodybuilding at 16. I’ve struggled with my body image over the years and have been a variety of sizes. I’m a big advocate that going to the gym helps with your mental well-being. Fitness has been a life long passion of mine, but more so when I switched careers to pursue it full time. As a working mum of two I know how hard it can be to manage your own health and fitness which is why I am very passionate about helping women gain confidence in the gym, and learn to use exercise as a tool to improve their health and wellbeing. Aside from aesthetic goals, I help women of all ages conquer their mental and lifestyle barriers that prevent them from reaching their target.

I am particularly passionate about postnatal fitness and am determined to make education and access more possible for as many mothers as possible.
