Hi, my name is Amy!
I first got into fitness at age 16, during this time I noticed my bodyweight fluctuate up and down due to my own due to my own personal health issues. I have tried multiple diets and nothing seemed to work, I felt I had no control over my nutrition or body.

Over the last few years I decided to educate myself on fitness and nutrition and I have never felt better!

Fun fact About me: I have a degree in technical arts so anything artistic I’m there .

I am now on a mission to help other individuals like myself feel more confident, less shy and learn to love their body

Maria Zuccarello

My fitness journey started later in life; my own struggles with weight management and suboptimal energy levels pushed me to want to invest more in my general health and wellbeing both physically and mentally.

When planning your training sessions and providing nutritional guidance I will take into account your individual circumstances as this is key to being consistent, adherent and sustaining a lifestyle of balance; eliminating the belief that just because you ate that one big slice of cake it is going to destroy all your hard work in the gym so you just give up! Would you go and puncture all of your tyres just because you have one puncture?!

I have a passion for learning and believe that the learning should never stop in order to bring the best to my clients and provide an all-round service where their health and fitness is concerned; in turn providing them with the necessary knowledge to enable them to become ‘the driver of them own vehicle’ much like a driving instructor!

I take Pride in my contribution to the fitness industry. I’ve competed in various Uk bodybuilding shows, winning 2 finals and I’m now on my quest to reach the Olympia, representing the uk on an international stage.

Your goals are more likely to become possible if you fall in love with them just like I’ve fallen in love with mine. It’s my job to make sure you fall in love with yours too. My love for the fitness industry will rub off on you, I will inspire you, I will show you how great you can be with the knowledge I’ve obtained through my my craft.

Jon Reardon

My desire to become a Personal Trainer all stems from my love of the gym and the fitness industry. I also have a great passion for helping others, seeing my own physical changes over the years has only made me want to help people to achieve the same. I didn’t start my fitness journey until quite late in life, but I’ve proved to myself and others it’s never too late to make positive changes.

My focus as your PT will always be you, everything will always be specifically tailored to your personal goals and needs.

Connor Lewis

Hi I’m Connor, I’m a personal trainer and ultra runner (farthest distance achieved 100km)

my aim is to help as many runners navigate themselves through the gym as possible, I’ve had great success taking some of my in-person clients through marathons and ultramarathons as well as starting people out on their running journey from scratch and building up to distances upwards of 10km

Although running is a sport primarily done outside the gym the benefits of doing resistance training for running are massive (this is why all professional runners train in the gym) everything from bone density to soft tissue health to power output (directly leading to faster times) can be gained in the gym

My love for fitness, health and calisthenics began at an early age because I needed to become healthier, and I wanted to be proud of my body.

In the last 5 years I have developed and learnt many strength and calisthenics skills within the gym and outside the gym.
