Hey, I’m Veronica, the face behind Transform With V.

I help people transform their lives through fitness not just physically, but mentally too. I specialise in Functional Fitness, Strength Training, Muscle Building and Conditioning. I also focus heavily on education, nutrition, and finding balance, because real results come from more than just workouts.

My mission is to help you build a stronger, more confident version of yourself, while creating a healthy, sustainable relationship with exercise, nutrition, and your body.

Today, I not only coach others but also compete in Olympic Weightlifting. I practice what I preach, and I’m here to show you that change is always possible whether your goals are to perform better, look better, or simply build a better relationship with training.

David Halligan

With over a decade of experience in exercise science and a background competing in various martial arts and combat sports, ultra-endurance events, and strongman competitions, I understand what it takes to push past limits. My approach combines proven training methods with a focus on mindset, helping clients build both the physical and mental foundations to reach their goals and live the life they’re called to.

At FILO, we specialise in mobility, strength, and conditioning for combat sports athletes. However, our experience spans all clients—men and women, ages 12 to 94, world champions to those with disabilities. We meet you wherever you are, and tailor our approach to your goals, abilities, and personal challenges.

Our 3-Step Process:

Step 1 – Consultation (Free): Assess your starting point, goals, and any obstacles you’re facing. “You can’t hit a target you can’t see.”

Step 2
– Aim: Break goals down into manageable steps. “Don’t worry about the whole mountain—just focus on your next step.”

I am a type one diabetic and have utilised my knowledge of fitness to adapt rapidly to improve my health and longevity, and I want to be able to help YOU progress and reach YOUR goals through fitness the same way I did myself. Hi, I’m Alaldin — a passionate Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach with over 12 years of experience helping clients across globally transform their health from the inside out.

My approach goes deeper than quick fixes. I work with you to uncover the root causes of your wellness challenges and guide you toward lasting strength, confidence, and wellbeing.

My own journey began after a severe asthma attack in my teens forced me to step away from sport and into an unhealthy lifestyle. A turning point at my GP’s office led me to reclaim my health — losing over 78lbs (35kg) and
overcoming asthma in the process. That experience sparked a lifelong commitment to fitness and holistic wellbeing.

Since then, I’ve coached clients across three continents, combining lived experience, professional knowledge, and genuine empathy to help others rewrite their own success stories.
