I run Regional middle distance track full time, focusing on becoming an elite athlete in 400 and 800m
My times are currently,

400m – 53.3sec
800m – 2:00
5K – 16:40
10K – 36:30
Half – 1:24

I am also coached by 4 times Scottish Olympian and Commonwealth champion Eilish McColgan, so the standard we set only means the best training, plans and results for you!

I enjoy removing the stereotypes associated with boxing & Muay Thai, taking the learning of these
arts back down to the basics and making the training both informative and fun.

I come from a kickboxing K1 and Muay Thai background and have since I trained in Thailand for 6 months. Living in a Muay Thai camp competing as well as actively training to perfect my skills has given me a breadth of knowledge in a field, I’m so passionate about. I also competed in Poland in amateur K1 kickboxing ,Muay Thai and boxing. Muay Thai is my passion and I still train in Oxford Martial Arts Academy.

Whether you are a seasoned kickboxer or novice in the gym, everyone is welcome at my classes or to contact me for one-to-one work.

My love for fitness and health started at a young age from a work placement whilst still in school, my journey started carrying on my development for a further 3 years in college my role in the fitness industry started from there I become a personal trainer and have not looked backed.

I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for nearly a decade, and eight of those years at Buzz Gym, its my second (sometimes first) home, haha.

In those years I’ve had the pleasure of training countless people and helping them to change their lives for the better, be it to lose weight, improve health or build muscle.

I practice what I preach, and you’ll see me training, using my many different methods when I am not working, the same methods that I’ll be putting you through.
