Cardio
Immerse yourself in Buzz’s unique cardio zone featuring best in class cardio equipment with integrated TVs and a nightclub feel with regular live DJs

Use our top of the range wide & varied selection of resistance machines perfect for beginners to the more advanced user.
Classes
Over 50 free studio classes every week delivered by the area’s best coaches in three separate studio areas. Including Les Mills Body Pump, Balance, Spin, Zumba, Pilates, Grit, HIIT and more.
Track & Field
Functional Training Zone set on artificial grass with sled tracks, multi-purpose rig, tyres, sled, battle ropes, TRX, Boxing Bags and more.
Strength
Free weights zone with dumbbells up to 60kg and Olympic lifting platforms featuring Eleiko bars and plates. One of the largest selection of plate loaded you will find in any gym environment.
