After undergoing my own weight loss journey I decided to take the path within the fitness industry so that I could help others succeed on their own journeys. I am a strong believer that anything is achievable if you put your mind to it.

As a Personal Trainer, I can only do a small portion of the work for you but I am here to help support you with your share of the deal too. Your goal is our goal and together, we will achieve it. I am here to help, teach and support you in all areas whether that be diet, exercise or discipline.

My love for fitness and health started at a young age from a work placement whilst still in school, my journey started carrying on my development for a further 3 years in college my role in the fitness industry started from there I become a personal trainer and have not looked backed.

Having over 8 years of fitness experience in the fitness industry, I practice what I preach, Mpk fitness main focuses are handing support and guidance to my clients when going through any transformation both mentally and physically,. Educating them throughout is key, to get a better understanding of how the body works. So, whilst motivating and supporting you on your journey, I strive to make sure your sessions are interesting, fun and challenging to push you to reach your full potential, so you reach your goal with mpk fitness.

I’m Tee, South West Regional Manager.

I have been in the fitness industry since 2010 but in competitive sport for my whole life. My passion for fitness started as a child that loved football and has continued through to my adult life. I have previously competed in powerlifting for the GBPF but recently made the switch and decided to dip my toes into Olympic Weightlifting – In which I hope to compete in, in the near future.

I moved from personal training into management around 5 years ago and I absolutely love it. I love how no two days are the same and literally every single day, I learn something new.

Adam Stowell

Responsible for day to day management of the gym facilities. Adam is an advanced exercise specialist and holds numerous nutrition and fitness qualifications of. Adam has researched greatly into innovative training techniques and, as a result, has advised for Woman & Home and Metro magazines, and is featured regularly on local radio stations Adam has strategically set out to re-design the standard budget gym concept with a fresh approach to members, by zoning Buzz gyms into four key areas.
