FOCUSING YOUR TRAINING

The body map will show you exactly where things like fat are higher or muscle is lower. Using this information you can select the exercise programme specific to you in order to meet your goals. Remember, you can speak to a member of our Fitness Team to book in for a individualised exercise programme at any time. So now you know what areas to focus on and what need to reduce or increase it’s time to set yourself some goals.

GOALS

Setting yourself realistic goals will start to give your training focus. Boditrax goal setting provides a multi diamentional opportunity to target many different elements. It’s important to remember this is about improving your whole health so your goals might be to increase some measures while reduce others but don’t worry, if you’re not sure where to start our Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers are on hand to help.

TRACKING

So having goals is great but being able to track that you’re heading in the right direction is what’s going to give you the motivation to carry on. Week by week, as you get your readings the system will plot them against your previous readings.
