How much is Buzz Gym?
Buzz Gym is just £25.99 a month (£21.99 for students). Off Peak is £18.99 a month
Thats amazing value, whats the catch?
There really is no catch! You can leave whenever you want if not on a tie in! We do require 7 working days notice to stop any payments.
What does no contract mean?
You can leave whenever you want! You are not tied in to a contract. We are confident you will love Buzz Gym but if you want to leave you can, just cancel via the Member’s Area on our website. We do require 7 working days notice to stop any payments. Some memberships are subject to a tie in.
What is the minimum age?
The minimum age for using Buzz Gym is 16.
When does my first payment leave my account?
Your first payment will be taken by card and leaves your account instantly. Your subsequent payments are taken by Direct Debit a month after your join date.
Can I join with a non UK bank account?
Yes we will take a recurring payment from the card used to join.

Do you have changing rooms/lockers?
Absolutely! No expense has been spared in creating a state of the art gym with full changing rooms, showers and lockers.
What about car parking?
Free parking is available for our gyms. Please visit the specific location pages for more information.
I am new to gyms, what about gym inductions?
We can offer group inductions where our trainers will show you around and how all the equipment works.
What about studio classes?
Buzz Gym has free studio classes for all our members. See our Classes page for more information.
Do you have a swimming pool?
No. In order to offer you an amazing low price of we have done away with Swimming Pools, Saunas and Steam Rooms.
What are your opening hours?
Buzz Gym is open 24 hour a day 7 days a week.
YOUR FIRST VISIT
How do I enter the gym?
Entry to Buzz Gym is controlled by a single person entry pod. You simply enter your PIN the outer door opens, step in and the second door into the gym opens. On exit you enter your PIN again to leave. On your first visit our camera records your facial features so your PIN can only be used by yourself. It is strictly against Buzz Gym terms and conditions for your PIN to be used by anyone other than yourself. Anyone doing so will be automatically banned from Buzz Gym for life.
Is the entry pod safe? Im claustrophobic
It is completely safe. You will never be completely enclosed in the pod as the outer door or the inner door will always be open. There is also an emergency release button just in case.
What if I need help whilst at Buzz?
Just ask one of our on site trainers who will be happy to help. If out of hours then we have a call point for emergencies.
Im disabled can I still use Buzz?
Absolutely. We have a disabled access door and disabled changing facilities.
USING BUZZ GYM
Is Personal Training available?
Absolutely. Buzz Gym has a Personal Trainers area with profiles of our trainers. You will also find contact details for the trainers and deal directly with them for personal training.
How do I freeze my membership?
Buzz Gym allows you to freeze or unfreeze your membership if not on a tie in membership. This is useful if you are going away for a while and want to retain your existing membership price. You can freeze from the Member’s Area. We require 14 days to adjust your payment do please freeze in plenty of time before your normal payment date.
Will you Design me a Workout Programme?
Book a Coached by Buzz session and a Buzz Coach will design you a personalised workout programme. These can be booked from the Member’s Area.
How do I cancel my membership?
Please follow the instructions in the Buzz Gym Member’s Area.
