Understanding human behaviour, the science behind mind-body connection and how we function has been a priority for me for the past 12 years.
This has allowed me to work on my mental and physical health, to enhance my lifestyle and better myself, therefore allowing me to connect and relate to others on a deeper level.
I use this knowledge and research together with my tools and practices to deliver them in form of fitness training and/or wellbeing sessions in the gym or in therapy 1-2-1 (online too).
My mission is to guide people to discover their subconscious patterns and behaviours that prevent them from having a more meaningful life.
I work with individuals who seek to better themselves, to increase their life satisfaction by training their mind and body to function as a whole.
