ABOUT ME

My desire to become a Personal Trainer all stems from my love of the gym and the fitness industry. I also have a great passion for helping others, seeing my own physical changes over the years has only made me want to help people to achieve the same. I didn’t start my fitness journey until quite late in life, but I’ve proved to myself and others it’s never too late to make positive changes.

My focus as your PT will always be you, everything will always be specifically tailored to your personal goals and needs.
The foundation of my National Academy of sports medicine qualification is the newly updated Optimum Performance Training Model.

The OPT Model was conceptualized as a training program for a society that has more structural imbalances and susceptibility to injury than ever before. This programming process systematically progress any client to any goal, The OPT Model is built on a foundation of principles that progressively and systematically allows any client to achieve optimal levels of physiologic/physical and performance adaptions.
