    This is the workout you never knew you needed. An invigorating blend of Pilates, barre, and power yoga set to modern beats.   • Les Mills Tone

    If you want the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training this is it. Step into a LES MILLS TONE class and you'll tick off a complete workout in 45 minutes. The challenging mix of lunges, squats, functional training and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level. Also a great foundational class, LES MILLS TONE has a wide variety of options accommodating all fitness levels ensuring everyone leaves the workout feeling successful.

  • Les Mills Strength Development

    If you're wanting to get stronger, LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT is a sequence of 12 x 45-minute progressive workouts. Whether new to lifting or a seasoned pro, LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT will build muscle, improve technique, and grow your confidence so you can train more powerfully in the studio and on the gym floor.

  • Les Mills Grit Strength

    LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT Strength takes cutting-edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

    Inspired by elite athletic training principles, LES MILLS CORE™ is a scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. You build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.

  • Legs, Bums & Abs

    Tone your thighs, tighten your bum and firm those abs in the ultimate lower body workout. Legs Bums & Abs will target those stubborn areas using high rep ranges and conditioning moves.

  • Abs

    Condition your core for strength and stability for day to day tasks. Also tone your stomach and lose some inches from around the waistline.

  • Kettlebells

    Fast paced strength and conditioning class involving fun, dynamic total body moves. Simultaneously burning fat and building muscle whilst improving your functional fitness.

  • Bootcamp

    The ultimate in bootcamp training. Be prepared to work to your limits and push yourself beyond what you thought possible, using kettlebells, battle ropes, trx suspension training and much more!

  • Lift Zone WOD

    A functional fitness class using our huge track and field area. You will use a variety of kit from gym rings, TRX, battle ropes, Aqua punch bags to kettlebells, dumbbells, monkey bars and TiYRS!

  • Circuits

    Torch calories quick with short bursts of cardio and resistance work repeated at different circuit stations. Complete a round, quick breath, then start over. It’s fast, challenging and perfect if you’re at a plateau, want to mix up training or switch up a gear. Get ready to feel super charged.

  • Les Mills Body Attack

    BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 555 calories** and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

  • Les Mills Dance

    LES MILLS DANCE is a 45-minute high-energy workout that will challenge and move you. Each class includes 10 stand-alone tracks, with each introducing new choreography. The workout is anchored in 3 cardio peaks, a warm-up, and a cool-down. It combines innovative dance movements with the latest music to drive energy and motivation in every move.​

  • Les Mills Body Step

    Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP™ – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. In a BODYSTEP workout you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout! Don’t worry, there’s heaps of options so that everyone leaves feeling successful.

  • Track & Field Bootcamp

    High intensity small group session in our immersive Track and Field Zones utlisting Concept bikes, Ski Ergs, Kettlebells, Tyres, Bags and more!

  • Zumba

    An aerobic fitness programme featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.

  • Spin

    Fantastic, heart pumping workout. Taught on a stationary bike you will climb, sprint and train to incredible music and extraordinary instruction.

  • Metcon

    Metcon includes various movements and equipment. Metcon classes will begin with a general warm-up, followed by a movement specific warm-up, a Workout of the Day (WOD), then a cool-down and stretch.
