Hi! I’m Holly.
I’ve always been an active person, dancing, netball and playing football.
I’ve been coming to the gym for nearly 10 years and it has become very important in my life. It has helped me overcome multiple chronic illnesses, and over the years it has become a safe space for me.
Have you ever felt anxious coming to the gym? Are you not sure you’re doing the exercises right? Do you think you look silly and everyone is staring at you? I’ve experienced this too, which is why I want to help YOU overcome these barriers. I will help and guide you with different exercises and machines, helping you feel confident in and outside of the gym environment. We got this!!
