  1. Hit a water goal (bw (kg) x 0.39 divided by 10) = Litres of water to drink per day
  2. Eat a High Protein. High essential fat breakfast – Eggs are a great option try poaching and adding some seeds to top!
  3. Detoxfiy and regulate hormones by drinking lots of Green Tea try adding a mug after each meal for estrogen metabolism and starch breakdown!
  4. Weight train at least twice per week – resistance training will increase fat loss and metabolism to a greater extent than cardio alone so push, squeeze and pull those reps at Buzz Gym!
  5. Fix your sleep – add in foods high in magnesium like spinach. mackerel or avocado to raise magnesium levels which will help evening relaxation.
  6. The Protein meaning translated is ‘food of most importance’ therefore eat your proteins on your plate first to prioritse this macronutrient you will then be more full up and satisfied leaving you less likely to overeat energy foods like rices, pasta and bread.
  7. One easy food plan is to only eat things that have grown, flown, ran or swam this means pop tarts for breakfast and sandwiches for lunch are OUT and a smoked salmon and bacon breakfast and sweet potato and chicken meal for lunch are IN
  8. Alkalize the blood through food and drink, inflammation is now seen to be one of the main reasons for poor fat loss, reduce this by alkalizing the blood more drink your water with fresh lime in and keep intake of green veggies high in yur diet to alkalize even further, try Coconut water to increae hydration as well as alkalizing the blood PH.
  9. Toxicity can be especially high after the festive period this means a high quality multi vitamin and/or vitamin C formula could help you and set up a better body for effective fat loss.
  10. Feel the burn – when training aim for that burning feeling this is a byproduct of lactate levels in the blood rising this in turn will increase GH levels in the body which will help to burn fat and build lean muscle!
